Metagame

Sam Landstrom announces his science fiction arrival with his release of Metagame, a sci-fi pursuit novel in the tradition of Neuromancer and Snow Crash. Metagame is a rippingly good read. Given this background, the central theme of the book centres on the types of relationships possible in this environment. Drawing brilliantly from sci-fi, psychological, philosophical, religious, and other literary sources (Alice in Wonderland!), Metagame’s finale raises interesting questions about the notion of self-sacrificing love.
